R. K. Baheti & Co. was founded in 1984 by Sh. R.K. Baheti with the main Objective of providing consultancy in accounting and financial matters. Sh. R. K. Baheti, at present, is Director (Finance) of Alembic Limited. (A company with total market Capitalisation of over Rs.1000 Crore). Mr. R.K. Baheti has recently retired from the active partnership but remains the guiding spirit.

It was subsequently joined by Sh. Ajay Baheti, FCA after which it diversified into areas of consultancy of taxation and Company Law matters. Sh. R.K. Baheti retired last year but still the guiding force behind the firm. The firm is supported by an able team of staff who are constantly on vigil to provide quality service to its clients. Being located in the heart of New Delhi with all means of modern communications, the response time to clients is minimum.
